International Shipping

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that are frequently changing. Simply Inked does not cover any customs fees or duties placed on orders - they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Order Processing Time: 2-3 Business Days. Delivery Time - 8-12 Business Days depending on carrier.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To begin the return process, contact us here and let us know that you would like to return the order within 30 days of the original purchase. Please include your full name, order number and an image of all the tattoos you received in the mail. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the decision for your return. If approved, then your refund will be processed, to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
